Once your return is received, we will notify you by email of the approval or rejection of your refund. If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment.

Only regular priced items may be refunded, unfortunately sale items are final sale and cannot be returned.

We only exchange items if they are defective or damaged, and we will only exchange an item for the exact same item originally purchased.

Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of the shipping will be deducted from your refund. You will also be responsible for paying for the shipping costs for any returned item. 

Our return policy lasts 14 days. We want you to love your piece, and if you are unsatisfied in anyway you can apply for a full refund. Return items must have original tags attached, we do not offer returns for any item not in its original condition, and we do not accept any item that is returned more than 14 days after it has been delivered.
